Thank you for signing up to volunteer at our upcoming event! We truly appreciate your willingness to lend a hand and contribute to its success. Our team leads are already on-site at the venue and will be more than happy to guide you through your assigned tasks and responsibilities. As a token of our gratitude, we would like to inform you that all volunteers will receive special accommodations during the event. These include:
- Access a designated volunteer tent to relax, recharge, and socialize with fellow volunteers.
- Complimentary meals and refreshments will be provided throughout the event.
- A customized volunteer wristband and lanyard to wear
- A special parking space reserved exclusively for volunteers ensures easy venue access.
Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled shift so that our team leads can provide you with a brief orientation and answer any questions you may have. We are offering two separate volunteer sessions on different dates, and you are welcome to participate in either one or both of them. Please let us know which session(s) you would like to register for.
VOLUNTEER POSITIONS:
LOAD IN/LOAD OUT
Help set up and tear down stage equipment for the event. Setup usually begins around 9/10 AM, and teardown happens right after the event is over, usually around 9:30/10 PM. Each shift may take up to two hours. Please note: You must be physically capable of lifting 50 lbs for this position.
RUNNER
Assist our production team by running errands and helping make runs throughout the day. Must have your (insured) vehicle (SUV or VAN) and must be 18+.
PARKING & SECURITY
Help secure entrances, exits, private residences, crowd control, and various other security-related areas.
TECHNICAL (AUDIO/VISUAL)
If you have the gift of working with audio/visual equipment, we welcome your assistance.
USHER
Assist in guiding guests to the appropriate areas at the venue.
PRAYER AND HEALING TEAM
The key responsibilities and duties of the team itself include: Receiving and praying for concerns and requests from individuals during the worship event.
